To celebrate the 80th anniversary of music legend Joe Cocker, a special concert tour is coming to Lithuania!

From February 12 to 14, the official Joe Cocker tribute project, recognized and highly regarded worldwide by the heirs of Joe Cocker’s legacy, will take the stage in live performances across Lithuania. These spectacular shows will feature iconic hits, some of the most renowned pieces associated with the name Joe Cocker: from the classic "With a Little Help from My Friends" by The Beatles, elevated to new heights by the maestro, to the epochal "You Can Leave Your Hat On" from the film Nine and a Half Weeks.  

The uniqueness of this project lies in its perfect balance between authenticity and individuality. The band embodies Joe Cocker’s energy from the Woodstock era – vibrant, youthful, and full of passion and strength. This is more than a collection of cover songs; it is a continuation of Joe Cocker’s legend, offering audiences the chance to feel the spirit of one of the 20th century’s most iconic blues and rock performers.  

The concerts will feature Gabriel Kupatadze – a vocalist with a powerful and distinctive voice, and the soul of the Joe Cocker tribute project. Rightfully recognized as one of the best interpreters of Joe Cocker's work worldwide, Gabriel will be accompanied by a band of professional musicians from various European countries, united by their shared love for Joe Cocker’s music.  

Gabriel Kupatadze was born and raised in Georgia and later lived in Ukraine. His love for Joe Cocker’s music was instilled in him during childhood, as his father was a devoted fan of the legendary singer. For Gabriel, music is not just a soundtrack to life but a philosophy and a means of connecting with people, their experiences, and their emotions. Over the course of his career, Gabriel has earned recognition and success, having participated in Ukraine’s X Factor and The Voice.  

“Joe’s soul now lives in Gabriel,” say those who have witnessed the extraordinary performances of Gabriel Kupatadze and his band.  

This tribute is more than just a concert; it is a journey into Joe Cocker’s musical world and a heartfelt way to honor his invaluable musical legacy. This year, Joe Cocker would have turned 80, and to commemorate this milestone, Gabriel Kupatadze and his band are embarking on a tour starting in Tbilisi, Georgia, with a stop in the Baltic countries this February.  

The concert in Klaipdėda will take place on Valentine’s Day, making it a perfect opportunity for a romantic surprise! Joe Cocker’s music and songs will create a unique atmosphere for your celebration, filled with love, intimacy, and warm nostalgia.
