The Hustlers is an international team of 4 musicians, blues professionals, each of whom has a separate, strong, personal musical history.

The central figure of The Hustlers is Gregory Boyd (USA, vocals and percussion).

After leaving the US Navy in 1990, Gregory Boyd has already made his mark on the world music scene. Gregory's unique blues, inspired by a mixture of gospel and soul music styles, is a perfect combination of groove, jazz, global and unique New Orleans sound.

Gregory's music immerses you in the depths of world music, and the performances are engaging, invite you to move along, make your spirit soar with every chord.

Gregory Boyd's musical experience ranges from captivating television appearances to rocking stages, venues and festivals around the world such as - New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Barbados Caribbean Jazz Festival, JVC Jazz Festival, Blue Note Jazz Festival , Arhus Jazz Festival, Copenhagen Jazz Festival and many others. And the geography of musical activities includes from Lincoln Center in New York to performances in Japan, France, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Kiev, Latvia, Lithuania, etc.

Gregory Boyd is also engaged in educational activities. Together with like-minded people, he founded the platform "Back to New Orleans" (GBTNO), which is dedicated to inspiring and educating young people, spreading information about the rich history of jazz music and its huge impact on our world.

Another musician in The Hustlers is Ismo Haavisto, a professional blues artist from Lahti, Finland. Ismo Haavisto is known both as a songwriter and as a great blues vocalist who plays guitar and harmonica. In his music, Ismo creates a special harmony where the blues comes from the depths of his soul with a very specific Scandinavian touch.

Louie Fontaine (Denmark), another musician of The Hustlers, is a fountain of musical ideas, often involved in several musical projects at the same time.

Fontaine is a singer, guitarist and bassist who writes songs in a variety of styles that often tell elaborate, macabre stories. He is also a great blues singer whose musical path took him to New Orleans where he played with Louisiana soul/R&B master Rockie Charles.
